In our spa area you can recharge your batteries for your body and enjoy some time out for your soul!
Experience relaxation and well-being in our spacious sauna area (130 m²).

In winter daily from 4.00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
In summer on request and in case of bad weather from 4.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Our wellness area offers:

According to the Austrian hygiene law, the cabins are nude areas. 
Children are admitted from the age of 14.
It is not permitted to take food and drinks with you. The entire area including the atrium outside is a non-smoking area!

Access - comfortable in bathrobe and slippers (you will find them in the aparment).

The current weekly programme for Lech and the surrounding area can be found in the entrance area and on the TV info channel.

Your flat (except kitchen area) will be cleaned daily by the Anna Maria team (between 8 am and 2 pm).
Normally the final cleaning is included in the price.
In case of special use, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning/damage.

Please help us with waste separation:

• Clean paper/glass/plastic/residual waste.
• Please place empty bottles on the floor

You will find laundry bags in the cupboard - please write your name and the contents on the list and hand them in - duration approx. 2 days

We kindly ask you to vacate the flat at 9.00 am on the day of departure.
You are welcome to park free of charge, we have luggage storage facilities and additionally offer you an opportunity to shower and change!

• Smoking is not permitted in the entire building without exception!
• Ashtrays are located on the balcony.
• Do not throw match and cigarette remains into waste paper baskets or dispose of them on the balcony.
• Never leave burning candles unattended - do not place candles under open windows or near curtains!
• If you discover a fire, contact reception immediately (dial 9) or activate the fire alarm.
• Keep calm and use the marked escape routes!
• Do not use the lift in case of fire!
