Booking info

The prices quoted are per flat per night based on normal occupancy.
They include:

• 10 % VAT
• one parking space per flat in our underground car park*
• daily cleaning service (except kitchen)
• WIFI
• Anna Maria SPA use on request, for a fee

A guest tax of Euro 3.80 per person per night (from the age of 14) will be charged. Children up to 13 years are exempt.

Extra bed: Up to the 6th birthday of the children, the provision of an extra bed is free of charge. Otherwise Euro 41,00 per person per night in the extra bed (extra beds or baby/children's beds are not possible in all units!).

Breakfast: Breakfast costs Euro 25,00 per person. Fresh bread and pastries for self-catering will be charged according to expenditure

* For safety and technical reasons, charging e-vehicles in our garage is strictly prohibited!
You will find a charging facility for your e-vehicle just a few minutes away in the e-parking garage under the Rüfikopf area.
We reserve the right to allocate an outdoor parking space for e-vehicles.

Aguest tax of Euro 4,60 per person and night will be charged (children from 14 years).

Additional bed:  Euro 50,00 per person per night in the extra bed (extra beds or baby/children's beds are not possible in all units!).

Breakfast: Breakfast costs Euro 29.00 per person. Fresh bread and pastries for self-catering are charged at cost.

Ski pass: We can programme Arlberg ski passes for you in-house - so your skiing experience begins without waiting (service at no extra charge).

What if something gets in the way?
You might not be able to go on holiday at all, or you have to return early?

In order to guarantee your satisfaction even in a worst case scenario, we recommend you to invest in travel insurance when completing your booking.

Our cancellation agreement depends on the time of your cancellation notice:

Cancellation guidelines:

• up to 3 months before day of arrival: Full refund minus a € 100,- cancellation fee
• 3 months to 2 weeks before day of arrival: 70% of the total booking costs
• 2 weeks before day of arrival, in the case of delayed arrival or early departure:  100 % of the total booking costs

What if you plans change:

Modification fee for existing reservations:

If you wish to change your existing booking, we reserve the right to charge a modification fee of € 100 for the processing of the booking.

We suggest to conclude an insurance contract with the European travel Insurance, which can be done in no time by following the link below.

Guaranteed Check in time on day of arrival is 5:00 pm. Check out time on day of departure is 9:00 am. You are welcome to park at the Chalet before/after and have the option to store luggage and change, so you can make the most of your time in our beautiful mountain landscape. If your ETA is later than 8:00 pm, please inform us via telephone or e-mail. For arrivals after 10pm, a Servicecharge of € 50,- will be added. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking is not permitted in the "Anna Maria".

Various shops, ski rentals and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
