The prices quoted are per appartement per night based on standard occupancy.
They include:- VAT
- one parking space per flat in our underground car park (additional parking space Euro 25,00 per day) *
- daily cleaning service (except kitchen)
- electricity, heating
- use of Anna Maria SPA (children from 14 years)
- WIFI
A guest tax of Euro 4,60 per person and night will be charged (children from 14 years).
Additional bed: Euro 50,00 per person per night in the additional bed (extra beds or baby/children's beds are not possible in all units!).
* For safety and technical reasons, charging e-vehicles in our garage is strictly prohibited!
You can find a charging facility for your e-vehicle just a few minutes away in the e-parking garage under the Rüfikopf area.

What if something gets in the way?
You might not be able to go on holiday at all, or you have to return early?In order to guarantee your satisfaction even in a worst case scenario, we recommend you to invest in travel insurance when completing your booking.
Our cancellation agreement is based on the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms:
Cancellation guidelines:
- up to 3 months before day of arrival: Full refund minus a € 100,- cancellation fee
- 3 months to 2 weeks before day of arrival: 70% of the total booking costs
- 2 weeks before day of arrival, in the case of delayed arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total booking costs
What if you plans change:
Modification fee for existing reservations:
If you wish to change your existing booking, we reserve the right to charge a modification fee of € 100 for the processing of the booking.
We suggest to conclude an insurance contract with the European travel Insurance, which can be done in no time by following the link below.
